Directions:

From Route 33: Turn North on Allen Street and head towards Crawford Memorial Hospital. At the stop sign, turn right onto W. Magnolia Street, and then make a left, back onto Allen Street. Turn west on Highland Ave. The facility will be located on the north side of the road, at the end of Highland Ave.
